BUCKET LIST

Since I don't have been thought about a bucket list, i'm going to improvised.

I always liked the idea or the action of experience new things, learn about what is outside of my world and enrich my knowledge. Because of that I think that one of the things that it belongs to my bucket list is traveling to so many places to experience their culture, food and maybe be able to talk with people in those places to know about their life and their opinions about the life style there, about politics and others stuff. 

Other things that I'll put in my bucket list is go to all the concert that I like and be able to buy the tickets for the people that I want to go with. Also, I would really enjoy it to spend money in the people that I love, so even for what I mention before about traveling, I would like to buy the ticket plane for my family or my boyfriend and friends. 

In the other hand, I'll love to learn a new lenguage outside of english, since I already know or just understand it. For example, french, portuguese or italian; but I think that it could be a little bit difficult to me because I don't usually hear or have contact with those lenguages. 

TV SHOWS AND SERIES

One of my favorite series is Modern Family. I think that this serie it's very funny and easy to watch, every character have something unique and brings joy to the show. For this, I found so hard to choose my favorite character because at some point  I feel identified with all of them. I think that this serie is a safe place for me. Every time that I am sad or with not much energy, I watch Modern Family and then my mood get's better.

In the same way, I enjoy watching series that have a litthe bit of ironic humor and aren't too dense. For example, I like the series called Workin Moms, Dead to Me, The Bold Type, Good Girls, and more. This type of show I value them so much because they talk/are about women issues with a rather clever and bold humor. Also I always appreciate a serie starring with women and have diversity of them. 

There another type of series that i think that are intertesting but are too dense or slow at the beginnig. I have tried to watch Breaking Bad because I have heard that it's really good, but i always fail at the first chapter 'cause it slow and it doesn't shows anything that get me hooked. I hope one day to see it and finally join me to the fans club

ACADEMIC CHALLENGES IN 2022

Well, i have been studying journalism for four years now so i've noticed about some changes that i would do in the curriculum of this career. 

About two months ago i was in the class talking with a teacher and she told to the class about her opinion of the learning system in journalism. She mentioned that this career should last two or three years at most, considering all theoretical things taught on class. Then it's all about the practice on the strees or in general, just staring to do all the practical that a jousnalist can do (not necessarily in media). 

The things that she told me made me think about that and I agreed with her. Considering the classes I have taken, some of them were unnecesarry or just were not useful for me. From my point of view and experience, I have truly learned applying (or practicing) the things that a journalist should do, what my job should be in the future. 

I guess that some classes that are set in the curriculum teach us about theories, currents and academic information. But talking with my classmates and friends, iv'e noticed that those classes are tedious and dense for them, including me. It takes a too much time to read academic texts and understand them. 

THE BEST CONCERT EVER

When I was 14 years old, I was a huge fan of the singer Justin Bieber so when he announced the "Believe tour" in 2013 (the second time he came) I really wanted to go. 

I talked to my friends and we all agreed to save money and go to Santiago to finally see him in live and we told to our mothers too for their support. 

With the past of time, we were finally able to buy the tickets and the plane ticket to taht city. We were all excited and happy to just be there. When the day came, we had to wait in a long line, for hours. The other fans were pretty friendly and excited too. Then, when we were able to get into the stadium we were so happy. The moment was something memorable, everybody was singing and enjoying the concert. 

At some point i stared to feel sick and could not feel the energy around, so thats was the sad part of the story. I couldn't finish the concert because i had to went to firts aid. At that age i used to be sad when i remembered that, but now i think is pretty funny haha.

A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

 In general, i would really like to travel as many as possible around the world, but since i have to choose for this one, i would say Italy. Since i was little i used to watch a lot of movies that were set in Italy or their culture so that's when i stared to get interest in this place. 

From there i began to lure to try the food wich is something thats is very characteristic there, the clothes, the infrastucture, the landscape. Also the lenguage it seems a little bit easier than others and i think that is pretty amazing the accent that italians use when they talk. 

Because of this things, i would like to try the pasta they make, the real one, as well as pizza. At the same time i find attractive to see the clothe's tendency and how they make relate it to the area. 

I find this country with a enriching culture so i think that i can be a fine place to live for a while, for me at least. After a couple months, i would like to travel to neighbour countries for more adventures. 

Practice Post

In my opinion, the best places to go in Santiago are the open places and by that i mean parks. Santiago it's a very populated area and the rhythm of the city is very fast, so it's common when people get stressed around here. For m, parks can be a place where people might get to feel relaxed and forget abour their worries for a little bit. 

Some of Santiago's parks are cerro San Cristóbal, Cerro Santa Lucía, Parque Forestal, Parque Quinta Normal (you can find that in the same commune), Parque Bustamante, and some others. For the first one people to get there from JGM can take the bus 506 and then walk a little bit to get there. For Santa Lucia and Forestal you can take the same bus, due to Forestal it's close to Santa Lucía. To Parque Quinta Normal people can take the subway. For Parque Bustamante it can take the bus as well.

I think that the best transportation to move around the city the city it's a car because you can see the scenary, the house, the infrastructure around, a lot of things. Altought it can be difficult by the traffict.
